In this way, you can easily determine whom you wish to invite for an initial interview. Among other things, this saves you a lot of time and money, as you can directly choose on the basis of what distinguishes people the most: their personality.

You yourself choose from the range of candidates, by entering a number of selection criteria. After that, you can view the video clip of the candidates you selected, as well as their profile. You will first see a 30 second video clip of the candidate, so you can focus on this. After which, the profile appears on the left of the screen and the CV button at the bottom of the screen, should the candidate have coupled his/her CV. By changing the selection criteria, you can make new choices. In this way, you can influence the number of candidates who meet the selection criteria.

Privacy
To protect candidates privacy, you will only be given a name and e-mail address. Not the home address and telephone number. The video clips are in ‘streaming video’ form, which normally means they cannot be downloaded, saved and distributed. Every subscriber wishing to view video clips must first be registered with Clooks, with the aim of guaranteeing the privacy of candidates as far as possible.
